FREE ACCESS - Oct 31 Recording- Breast Cancer Case Study w/ Exercise Program
Watch the Case Study session for the October Live Training class that was recorded on October 31. Learn about the steps that go into creating a safe and effective exercise program for your future potential clients. On October 23 the zoom class went through a 90 minute postural assessment and goniometric measurements. Those findings and measurements are included below as part of the case study information. On October 31st the session went through a discussion of how to use those findings to create an exercise program.
This will give you a taste of the study curriculum to become a Cancer Exercise Specialist®. The next live zoom sessions with a real case study will occur in November, where you can go through a real virtual assessment and then use that information with class guidance to create an exercise program.
