TRAINING SCHEDULE :

The live and recorded zoom sessions are part of a recommended month-long program to cover all course and business materials. All sessions will be available to enrolled students for replay viewing until exams are taken and passed. Recordings are processed and then posted here usually the evening or following morning of the live session. Pre-recorded sessions have comments/Q&A open for live question responses 7am to 7pm Pacific time.

Nov 1 - Self-Study Curriculum Intro with Greg (Recording)

Week 1 - Material to Study in the Self Study course:  Watch all videos in Module One and breast cancer and reconstruction in Module 2. Don't worry about reading the book until after watching the videos. The videos, along with recorded ZOOM sessions, will help you to understand how and what to study. Next, move on to lymphedema (watch upper and lower lymphatic drainage videos) and understand what lymphedema is, how to take baseline measurements, and how/when to incorporate lymphatic drainage exercises. You will need a clear understanding of how to slowly and gradually progress the workouts accordingly for those at risk.

Week 2 - Material to Study in the Self Study course: Read and understand the acute and chronic side effects of cancer treatments in the Module 2 Handbook. You will add this on to the side effects of surgery - much like adding another layer to a cake.

Week 3 - Material to Study in the Self Study course: Watch all videos in Module 3 and understand how to conduct the various assessments.

Nov 19 Live - Conducting a Postural Assessment/Goniometric Measurements - 1.5 hours - 8:00am-9:30am Pacific

Nov 20 Recording - Business & Marketing Session - Systems & Tools - 1 hour - Q&A on session page/comments open 7:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time

Week 4 - Material to Study in the Self Study course: Watch all videos in Module 3 and understand how to perform goniometric measurements, You can then go through Modules 1-3 and take the practice quizzes to see what you need extra time with. From there, take your time going through all of the sections in Module 4.

Nov 26 Live - Case Study/Exercise Programming - 2 hours - 8:00am-10:00am

Nov 27 Recording - How to Build & Market Your Own CES Exercise Course - 2 hour recording - Q&A on session page/comments open 7:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time

Weeks 5-6: FINAL EXAM: If you are able to study all the content you can plan to take the 125 question Final Exam when you are ready. It is open book and untimed.  If you need more time with the material you make take up to 6 months to take the exam.
