Linda is a harp player who underwent a L modified radical mastectomy w/immediate implant reconstruction in 2008. She also had a cosmetic adjustment on the R side. She had 16 lymph nodes removed on the L side in 2008. She completed chemotherapy, radiation, and Herceptin in 2010. She does 30 min. of cardio 7 x week, but no resistance training.

• Elevated R shoulder
• Mod/severe protracted shoulder L & R
• Mod/severe forward head
• Elevated R hip
• Slight/moderate anterior pelvic tilt
• Medial rotation R hip
• R foot excessively pronates
• L foot excessively supinated (plantar fasciitis on that foot) wears orthotic

Squat Test​

• ​Arms fall forward
•  L arm abducts
• Both knees medially rotate
• Shifts weight to left
• Bends forward at hips
• Both knees medially rotate
