Stacey Mann works to inspire movement and transformation in others through creative and effective exercises. Holding multiple certifications, Stacey blends her passion for helping others with her knowledge of functional movement. Inspired by her son’s journey with Leukemia, Stacey advocates for exercise and healthy living during and after cancer treatment. Stacey works with local organizations that support oncology exercise and develops safe exercise programming for women with cancer. In addition, Stacey works with individuals to exceed their health goals. She co-developed and coaches the MoveStrong for Life Program. Her biggest joy is spending time with her family.
