L ear appears slightly elevated

R shoulder appears slightly elevated and rotated medially

Both shoulders protracted (R more than L)

L moderate winged scapula R minimal

Hips are level - no pelvic tilt

Knees laterally rotated w/slight hyperextension

R calf swollen and pitting

R foot supinates L foot pronates

During squat test very slight being forward at waist

Knees rotate laterally

L foot collapses inward
