Lupron stopped taking https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/drugs/18166-leuprolide-injection and chose to have a bi-lateral salpingo oopherectomy instead
Currently on CDK46 inhibitor https://www.breastcancer.org/treatment/targeted-therapy/what-are-cdk46-inhibitors
She currently walks 2.5 miles 3-4x - says she doesn't have the stamina she used to have
She also does light weight workouts and plays tennis
She says she has a difficult time engaging core following DIEP
Postural Assessment
Head slightly rotated toward left (body tends to rotate as one)
Moderate forward head
Right ear and shoulder appear elevated
Right shoulder protracted
Slightly elevated Right hip
Slight anterior pelvic tilt
Left knee appears slightly rotated in static position, but due to knee pain she subconsciously self-corrects on squat test
Both knees appear to be hyperextended
Right foot is slightly turned out and on 3 different occasions (post-marching) right foot always lands in front

Arms bow out to side
She bends forward at waist
Weight shifts to the right
L heel lifts slightly
