"I use yoga, exercise, relaxation, and other holistic practices to support people in their recovery from cancer and its treatments.
I believe everyone deserves ongoing support once active treatment ends, and I know this can be hard to find.
My background is working as a PT in the field of oncology and palliative care, and I am now working as a cancer exercise specialist and cancer yoga teacher."
"Neck, shoulder and chest tightness/stiffness is very common after treatment for breast cancer. Scaring after surgery and radiotherapy and also changes in posture due to pain and being less active can cause some tissues to shorten and tighten whilst others lengthen and weaken.
In this 30 min session, we will gently start to stretch areas of tightness and strengthen muscles that may have become weaker, supporting the body to regain a healthy posture so that you can feel confident, comfortable, and confident in your body once again."
