Farrah King - CES Taking Control Presenter
Farrah is a 500-Hour E-RYT Certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance & Barkan Method. She loves to teach power yoga and help students reach their "inner core". In July 2019 she co-founded Thrive Yoga, LLC., a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School.
She has been a Certified Group Fitness instructor since 2003 through AFAA and a Certified Indoor Cycling instructor through Swynn (2008), Keiser (2010), and Cycle Fusion (2017). She has many other certifications, such as CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist, Prenatal Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Children’s Yoga, and Avurveda.
Farrah was diagnosed with BRCA 1 in 2012 & is a Triple Negative Breast Cancer SURVIVOR (2021)!
